Radisson Hotel Grand Rapids Riverfront, Grand Rapids

My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The location was very convenient, right off the expressway, making it easy to get around, but the room cleanliness fell short as they seemed to be repurposed for storage and service functions. The staff was excellent, but the dining was subpar with additional service charges. Overall, it offers good value for money, but some improvements are needed.
